CO2ALITION: THE 2025 PROGRAM TO ACCELERATE CLIMATE NEUTRALITY IN BUSINESSES

Building on the experience of the last two years, CO2alizione is launching the 2025 program of activities dedicated to the companies participating in the initiative, creating opportunities for discussion and sharing to exchange best practices and identify concrete solutions, always with a single objective: to face the challenge of climate neutrality together.

On March 12th, the new 2025 program was presented, introducing important new features:

1.5 In-depth topics

In continuity with 2024, the 2025 program will focus on key decarbonization topics through 5 online meetings with 5 technical partners:

• Climate neutrality in the statute and climate governance

• Carbon Footprint and emission reduction targets

• Transition away from fossil fuel

• Scope 3: the value chain

• Advocacy and stewardship

2. The 2025 community model

This year's goal is to inspire other companies to change and “break the bubble”: to involve relevant partners and stakeholders in each of the five themes, expanding the community.

3. Data collection form, report and plenary session

This year, the community's work will once again be included in the annual CO2alition report, which will present data and actions taken by companies and the good practices implemented, and which will be presented during the plenary meeting on November 26.

CO2alition is open to all companies that wish to work together, discuss and exchange information, solutions and innovations to improve their decarbonization strategy.
